Do you have a strong dental technology background, solid CAD/CAM expertise and a passion for sales, technology and customer success?
We are looking for a commercially driven Sales & Product Specialist to grow our business across Eastern Europe and turn innovative dental technologies into real value for laboratories, clinics and distribution partners.
This regional role combines sales, business development and technical expertise. You will actively develop your markets, build and manage your own sales pipeline, support our distribution partners and inspire customers through innovative digital workflows.

Key responsibilities

Drive sales growth and achieve agreed revenue targets across the assigned markets
Identify new business opportunities and acquire laboratories, clinics and distribution partners
Manage and actively develop your own sales territory, customer portfolio and opportunity pipeline – from lead generation to closing
Develop, activate and support distribution partners to increase market coverage and sales performance
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, dealers and key opinion leaders
Present and demonstrate CAD/CAM systems, materials, software and complete digital workflows
Support customers from initial consultation through implementation and successful onboarding
Provide professional product and user training for customers
Train and support dealer sales and technical teams
Organize customer visits, workshops, training courses, exhibitions and regional events
Maintain CRM data and prepare reliable sales forecasts, market analyses and visit reports
Monitor market and competitor developments and identify new growth opportunities
Implement targeted sales activities to achieve regional growth objectives

Job requirements

Dental technician qualification or comparable dental technology background is preferred
Strong practical knowledge of digital dentistry and CAD/CAM workflows
Several years of experience in technical sales, application support, business development, training or customer consulting
Experience with milling machines, CAD/CAM software and dental materials is highly desirable
Strong commercial mindset and motivation to develop markets and win new business
Excellent presentation, communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive, solution-oriented, structured and independent working style
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of your territory
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region
Class B driving licence
Very good English; additional regional languages are a strong advantage
